Through this program, interns will be equipped with the following:
- Holistic understanding of the leadership behind ECHO UCLA and ECHO Board of Directors (BOD)
- Skills to critically analyze issues in nonprofit work and reflect on personal identity
- Experiences that elicit leadership through responsibilities and projects toward ECHO’s cause
